When interviewing for any position, employers care less about what it says on your resume and more about how you interact during the interview. At the end of any interview, be sure that you have a clear expectation regarding the follow-up process. No matter what they teach you in school, someone who constantly calls back to see if a company has "made a decision" may do more harm than good. So, be sure you know what is acceptable before making a follow-up phone call.
